Embracing the new standards in Europe, our Biodegradable CAC50 technology replaces the traditional spunlace fabrics, shifting from 60% Viscose and 40% Polyester to a composition of 60% Viscose and 40% Cellulose.

What's Inside: Our Carded Airlaid Carded (CAC)
technology is the key to creating sustainable wipes.
 
Our latest CAC technology enables the integration of
three layers, resulting in a highly functional
biodegradable wipe. The entire sustainable nonwoven
material is produced in-line, allowing hydro-embossing
to enhance cleansing power.

The two outer layers consist of biodegradable carded nonwovens, providing soft absorption with controlled liquid or lotion release rates. The center is made of binder-free airlaid pulp for maximum absorption through the outer layers. High-pressure aqua jets securely bind the cellulosic fibers together, ensuring strength without the need for chemicals.
